2. Service Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the initial assessment of the plumbing issue. Liberty Plumbing reserves the right to adjust the final price if unforeseen complications arise during the repair or installation process. Customers will be notified of any price changes prior to the continuation of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved financing. Failure to pay may result in late fees and legal collection actions.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
Liberty Plumbing provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on workmanship. Parts and equipment installed are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by third-party tampering.
5. Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a dispatch fee.
